Rachel Matta

I am a survivor mom, social worker and advocate for moms and babies in my community. I desire to help moms recognize and cope with trauma triggers and help them connect with additional community resources like specialized postpartum therapies. Additionally I want moms to feel empowered and not silenced by their past traumas.
