Ashley Inclima

Ashley Inclima is the owner of Tides of Life Doula & Perinatal Bereavement Services LLC. After losing her son Adrian to a fatal disorder in 2011 and experiencing an early miscarriage, she found resilience through community support and later welcomed healthy identical twin daughters. With extensive experience as a medical assistant in OBGYN offices, OB technician, perinatal loss coordinator, doula, and certified grief educator, Ashley is knowledgeable and passionate about women’s health.These personal experiences, combined with her professional background, revealed a lack of support for those facing pregnancy loss, inspiring her to found her company to provide compassionate care and guidance.

Ashley offers a comprehensive inventory of services designed to support individuals and families navigating pregnancy and loss. As a birth doula, she specializes in supporting pregnancies after a loss, providing tailored care to meet the unique emotional and physical needs of expectant parents. In her role as a bereavement doula, Ashley provides essential hospital support and postpartum care, ensuring continuous emotional and practical assistance during these challenging times. As a certified grief educator, she offers pregnancy loss coaching providing support through weekly Zoom sessions, texts, emails, and necessary resources and referrals.

Additionally, Ashley provide perinatal bereavement education and consulting for medical professionals and doulas, offering guidance on establishing or enhancing support services and one-on-one consulting for doulas working with clients experiencing loss. Perinatal loss education is not included in doula training or nursing curricula, and Ashley aims to fill this gap by providing the necessary knowledge and tools needed for professionals in these roles to feel confident and equipped to help families experiencing pregnancy loss, while also tending to their own nervous systems and mental health.
