I’m Najma Treadwell, the founder of Hands and Heart Doula Care, committed to empowering mothers throughout their birthing journey. As a mother of six with extensive personal experience, I provide compassionate doula support from prenatal appointments to birthing choices, ensuring I’m there every step of the way. Recently trained as a Survivors Mom Companion tutor, I am eager to support mothers on their healing journey. Additionally, I’m excited to pilot the “Doulas as Travel Companions” program with the Region 9 Perinatal Quality Collaborative, providing moms with the extra support they need.
